  Dream Come True The first thing after reading this topic comes to my mind, was what does dream means to you???   To some extent now people are considering that gender equality is important, women are realizing that they can work with men in each field.    Apart from letting women go to work does not mean equality.   Do You Think That It Is Equality???     Do you think giving permission means equality??? Allowing someone means that you are in the position of authority, to control and that is not equality. Equality means  "the state of being equal."
